We invite local organisations to join forces with us in our mission to create a safer and more supportive community for the youth of Croydon. Our innovative Three Layers of Defence framework offers a comprehensive approach to addressing the root causes of youth and knife crime.
Layer 1: Frontline Patrols
Our visible community patrols operate during school commute times, providing a crucial first line of defence to ensure the safety of children. We seek partnerships with organisations involved in outreach work and those with expertise in personal defence or security.
Layer 2: Crisis Response
Our crisis response team offers follow-up services for youth at risk and their families, addressing issues such as gang intervention, sexual exploitation, mental health, and family support. We welcome collaborations with organisations providing ongoing support in these areas.
Layer 3: Community Building Initiatives
Our integrated after-school programmes focus on providing opportunities for youth engagement and achievement. We are seeking partnerships with schools, leisure facilities, and extracurricular service providers such as sports, music and academic enrichment training organisations.
